If you are over the age of three months and registered with a GP practice in N Ireland, did you know that for Minor Ailments such as athlete’s foot, diarrhoea, ear wax, headlice, dhobie itch, mouth ulcer, threadworms or thrush you can go directly to your local pharmacy for advice and treatment. You can have a consultation with a pharmacist without an appointment. Your pharmacist will offer advice and may supply – free of charge – an appropriate medicine to treat your symptoms.
